Delivery Terms with in the UK

Royal mail special delivery (now come as standard)

Deliveries are guarantee to reach you by 1pm  next day on all UK orders placed before 11am

Orders received after 11am will be dispatched the  next working day. 

Orders placed  anytime  on  Friday wont be delivered until Mon (guarantee by 1pm

Payment

 Accepted payment methods:  PayPal or cash on delivery

 ( cash on delivery is only available on local orders, please contact before selecting this method )

Exchanges

If you required an exchange for a bigger/smaller size or different type of carrier please return within 15 working days of invoice date  along with  your original sales receipt.

 All exchanges will need to be in unused condition.

Vat

All sales prices shown include 17.5% vat.

Vat will be showed in detail in the shopping cart and will be included on your sales invoice.

EU customers who are vat/tax registered, please enter your registration no at checkout.

 

 

 

NEW Buy to try ( replaces sling hire)

Only available on in stock slings and carriers.

If you love it keep it! 

if you don't simply return it within 2 weeks of the invoice date for a small charge of £16 per sling  or exchange for another sling for an exchange charge  of £8 per sling.

Simply select the “BUY TO TRY” option.

No deposit is require.

Please note:

Buy to try  is not available on sale items or clearance lines 

PayPal fees are not refunded.

 

Pre—ordering terms

All pre orders are subject to availability at time of orders being placed therefore  delays from to time may occur.

Please take note of the next ordering date before you place you order and allow time for the delivery time that is specified.

 Pre ordered returns can only be accept for either an exchanges  or if there is a fault with the goods.

 

 

 

International shipping

Overseas orders  will be send by air sure.

Prices and shipping method depending on location  and weight of your order.

 

 

International Returns/refunds

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order simply  return the item  along with original instructions and packaging.   Refund will be made on the same day of return of good or next week day.

All returns  will need to be made within 15 days and in  an unused condition. 

If you require to  return an item after the 15 day period  please email me beforehand.

Please note due to high shipping costs, postage and PayPal fees will not be refunded.
